I agree. Although most of my encounters with Homshetsi from Turkey is online, I can see their growing interest as their eyes open. I would have to say, they are careful to deny their connection to Armenians for merely political reasons. When we chat, I speak my dialect, they speak theirs, and we understand each other well enough (not 100% but still a lot!). We don't hesitate to call each other "axpar" (brother), although we live in different places, have different religious affiliations, and our recent ancestors would probably try to stay away from each other for political reasons. I think it is true that younger generations tend to care less about boundaries which separated their ancestors, and I believe that it's a good thing for all of us.
