Вопрос к администрации: существуют ли правила форума?

Как таковых строгих правил форума не существует (пока что).
Мы просто стараемся избегать тем затрагивающих политику.
Записи которые не нравятся админу просто исчезают

1. Модератор всегда прав.

This is a great suggestion. Where should Music fit? I thought the right place would be under "Culture" section, or should it become a separate section? Same for Photos. Humor... hm... I thought it was part of folklore.

The number of languages we use here in parallel is significantly more than other sites. Members of the forum sometimes know just one language, but frequently several. But combinations of languages we speak can vary significantly...

You can open a new topic "Photos" under any section you would find fit (obviously, not under languages). Perhaps "Geography"? Same with other topics you mentioned: just find a section we already have that would fit best.
